Refund and Returns Policy

At OneChamp Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

General Conditions for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards and for your safety, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items on clearance or sale.
  • Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel.
  • Gift cards.

The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back.
  • Please include the RMA number on the return package. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • f you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with further instructions.
  • We cannot process exchanges for a different size or color. If you wish to change a size or color, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

International Returns

  • For international returns, please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs fees.
  • You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred on the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
